Shipping policy
Domestic
Shipping Method: All goods are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified at the time of order. Available shipping methods are UPS Air, FedEx, LTL trucking. Printomize America reserves the right to choose the best shipping method when necessary.
Processing and Packing Time
Inks and Supplies (Consumables): Ships within 1 to 2 business days. This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Disclaimer: Printomize America shall not be liable for shipment delays caused by shippers (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc), customs, overseas quota, or other uncontrollable natural causes. Every effort will be made for on-time delivery
- In stock Printer, Heat Press’s and Equipment are shipped within 2 - 5 business days.
- Pre orders usually ship in 4-6 weeks unless specified on the product pre-order page, this does not include delivery time
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, our order cut off is 2p.m PST and 10a.m PST for custom transfer orders.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on dimensions, destination and weight of the package. Some products may require special handling and a freight quote can be provide by contacting us.
International
The shipping cost does not include any customs fees (import taxes), bond fees, or any type of fees, and the customer will be responsible for any fees imposed by the carrier or country.
Tracking Number
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and updates by the carrier, freight LTL may take up to 12-24 hours to update. Please make sure you don’t have our email address blocked or verify your junk/spam mail.
Lost or Damage Packages
The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Printomize America in the first 24 hours. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Any revisions to the shipping address must be submitted before tracking information has been received. Re-shipping due to incorrect shipping address will be at the buyer's expense, shipping is non-refundable. Multiple items purchased may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and it will not affect the shipping and handling charge. Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days for domestic and 90 days for international.
