Your Printomize America product comes with a Limited Warranty covering factory-original parts from the date of purchase.*

✅ Original purchaser only (non-transferable)

📦 Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping to and from Printomize America (Torrance, CA).
  • Equipment must be properly packaged; we are not responsible for shipping damage caused by poor packaging.

🔧 Self-Installation

Customers may install parts themselves, but Printomize America is not responsible for damage caused during self-repair.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Heat Platen: 2-Year Limited Warranty
  • Frame, Controller, Sensors, Switches, Piston, Air System (if applicable): 1-Year Limited Warranty

❌ What’s NOT Covered

  • Fabric platen covers or Teflon sheets
  • Shipping or cosmetic damage caused by carriers
  • Damage from fire, flood, lightning, or improper electrical current
  • Misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

⚠️ Important Terms

  • Each defective part may be replaced once during the warranty period.
  • Replaced parts must be returned within 15 business days at the customer’s expense; otherwise, the customer will be billed.
  • Warranty is void if the product is altered, modified, or repaired without prior authorization.
  • Defective on Arrival (DOA): 10 days from delivery. Missing or non-working parts will be covered by Printomize America. After 10 days, customer is responsible for parts and shipping.
  • Replacement equipment is provided only if the original cannot be repaired and will be new or refurbished to like-new condition.
  • If the original shipping crate is unavailable, a new crate can be purchased for $500 plus shipping.
  • Equipment must be returned safely; warranty does not cover shipping damage caused by poor packing.
