Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: October 17th, 2025

To start a return, please contact us at info@printomizeamerica.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and an RMA#.


Inks, Printing Supplies (Consumables), and Regular Supplies

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns due to carrier damage are not accepted; in such cases, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • No returns on items sold as part of bundles, or items purchased using gift cards.
  • 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Important: An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. Returns sent without an RMA will be denied. Please email us to request one.

Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving the item.


Parts and Accessories

*Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Printers and Equipment: No refunds, returns, or exchanges after ink has been installed. Issues must be resolved under the product’s warranty terms. All sales are final on:
    • DTF/ UV Printers
    • Dryer Ovens
    • Heat Presses
    • Printheads, Mainboard, Headboards
    • Any item that comes in contact with Ink
  • Software and Downloads: No refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
    • Software with activation codes or USB dongles
    • Downloadable products
    • Guides or video tutorials
  • Gift Cards: No refunds or exchanges on gift cards or any products purchased using gift cards.

Cancellations & Refunded Orders

  • A 5% + $1.50 processing fee applies to any canceled or refunded orders. This fee is non-refundable.
  • If an item is switched for a lower-priced item after the order is processed, the difference will be refunded minus the processing fee.

Note: Printomize America reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
