Printomize quality is amazing, Just the product is taking more time each time. I know you can not control the shipping companies to get when is promised but it causes customers to look for a closer service to avoid this problem when we need the product soon er.

I was used to another company's transfers. Your transfers work a bit differently, I need to let them cool for a few seconds before pilling. Now that I know that, they work very well.

We've placed dozens of orders, no mistakes, quick shipping, prints are quality; wash and have a nice hand/feel to them (as long as you don't have large areas of 100% coverage, like most prints!)
Very easy to set up and use. Much faster than other presses we have used.
Platen change overs are slow because you have to unbolt and re bolt them. the throat of the machine isnt very deep so makes threading garments less than Ideal. Over all I like the press and for the price it cant be beat.
Order was handled professionally and quickly. Learning the best way to put in my request so it’s produced the way I want it. Worked out the kinks with my heat press. Very happy with the results. Will order again
