At Printomize America, we take pride in fast turnaround times and reliable service. Below is an overview of our processing, shipping, and order policies to help ensure a smooth experience with every purchase.

Processing Times

DTF / UV Transfers

Ships the same day when the order is placed by 10:00 AM PST.

Ink, Film, Powder & Parts

Ships the same day when the order is placed by 2:30 PM PST.

Heat Press Machines

Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Printers

Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Pre-Order Items

Typically ship within 4–6 weeks.

Pick-Up Orders

Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification with pick-up instructions.

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days.

DTF / UV Transfers, Ink, Film, Powder & Parts

Estimated transit time: 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, destination, and weight. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Methods

We ship all goods via UPS, FedEx, XPO, and FedEx Freight. If necessary, Printomize America reserves the right to select the best available shipping option to help ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately.
  2. File a claim with the carrier if needed.
  3. Notify Printomize America within 24 hours so we can assist you.

Delayed Packages

Printomize America cannot be held liable for shipment delays caused by third-party shippers, such as UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

  • Address changes must be requested before tracking is issued.
  • Orders requiring reshipment due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

International Shipping

For our international customers, please note that all import tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are committed to providing the best shipping options possible to help ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.
