Hyper Bright DTF transfers provide a new level of color accuracy.
Achieve unparalleled color accuracy and brightness with the addition of RGBO (Red, Green, Blue, & Orange) to the traditional CMYK printing process (also referred to as: 9 color printing). This provides an extended gamut to achieve over 100,000 additional colors that are impossible to hit with standard CMYK printers. Hyper Color is perfect for Pantone (PMS) color reproduction and prevents color shifts that typically occur when an PNG file is printed in a restrictive CMYK color space. Combined with the industry leading PrintFactory RIP, an advanced color engine designed to visually match the colors on your computer screen to the physical print output. The result is amazingly accurate reproduction of outstanding oranges, rich reds, glowing greens, and brilliant blues while retaining refined skin tones and smooth color transitions.

Hyper Bright DTF transfers are produced with our exclusive Ultra Bright inks, adhesive powders, and true instant hot peel film that allow for effortless peeling at any stage—hot, warm, or cold—keeping your workflow fast and flexible. With a choice of Super Stretch TPU adhesive - perfect for standard garments requiring maximum flexibility, and Super Low Melt adhesive - engineered for heat-sensitive fabrics that demand lower press temperatures. Our DTF transfers withstand 50+ washes while maintaining vibrant colors, soft feel and long-lasting durability.
Super Strech TPU powder: This is our most popular adhesive, perfect for standard garments requiring maximum flexibility. It provides great stretch, exceptional durability and a soft hand feel compared to standard DTF adhesives. Recommended application is 275f-320f for 10-12 seconds. Peel instantly or cold.
Super Low Melt: This is a special Co-Poly adhesive that by nature has an extremely low application temperature perfect for heat sensitive fabrics. It is the most versatile adhesive of the market and will adhere to virtually any fabric including Nylon, PU, Polypropylene, Neoprene and other previously impossible to apply fabrics. The only fabric it will not apply to is DWR. Recommended application is 250f-280f for 10-12 seconds. Peel warm or cold. (Can be applied as low as 220F for hand wash items only)
Our intuitive gang sheet builder, includes an auto-ganging tool optimizing layouts to reduce waste and maximize efficiency.

Firm Pressure, Temperature: 250-270° F, Time: 10-12seconds
Instant Hot Peel
Heavy Pressure, Temperature: 280-320° F, Time: 10-12seconds
Light pressure is usually between 25-30 psi if you’re using an automatic heat press. If you’re working with a manual heat press, light pressure means the upper platen will be easy to close with just one hand.
Medium pressure is usually between 32-38 psi if you’re using an automatic heat press. If you’re working with a manual heat press, medium pressure means the upper platen takes some effort to close. Typically, you can close it with two hands and some effort.
Firm pressure is usually 40 psi or higher if you’re using an automatic heat press. If you’re working with a manual heat press, firm pressure means the upper platen is difficult to close with two hands and a lot of muscle.
