Hyper DTF transfers are made with our exclusive Ultra Bright inks, adhesive powders, and true instant hot peel film that allow for effortless peeling at any stage—hot, warm, or cold—keeping your workflow fast and flexible.  With a choice of Super Stretch TPU adhesive - perfect for standard garments requiring maximum flexibility, and Super Low Melt adhesive - engineered for heat-sensitive fabrics that demand lower press temperatures.  Our DTF transfers withstand 50+ washes while maintaining vibrant colors, soft feel and long-lasting durability.

Super Strech TPU powder: This is our most popular adhesive, perfect for standard garments requiring maximum flexibility. It provides great stretch, exceptional durability and a soft hand feel compared to standard DTF adhesives.   Recommended application is 275f-320f for 10-12 seconds.  Peel instantly or cold. 

Super Low Melt: This is a special Co-Poly adhesive that by nature has an extremely low application temperature perfect for heat sensitive fabrics.  It is the most versatile adhesive of the market and will adhere to virtually any fabric including Nylon, PU, Polypropylene, Neoprene and other previously impossible to apply fabrics.  The only fabric it will not apply to is DWR.  Recommended application is 250f-280f for 10-12 seconds.  Peel warm or cold.  (Can be applied as low as 220F for hand wash items only).

PNG FILES ARE PREFERRED if raster images are provided, they must be at the correct size, on a transparent background and a minimum of 300 dpi for best results. 

• Gang sheets cannot exceed the maximum width of 22.3 inches
• Minimum free standing line thickness of 6px / .02” / 0.5mm (finer lines can print at customers risk)
• Avoid transparencies, glow effects or gradients that fade into the shirt color when printing onto color shirts.   Please select the halftone option for these effects.
• Accepted file types are PDF, EPS, SVG and PNG.  PNG files are preferred.
• All Fonts must be converted to Outline/Curves if using PDF vector files.
• Your ORIGINAL design/designs need to be at 300dpi at print size. If you enlarge a design at 300dpi it will reduce the resolution and quality.

Warm / Cold Peel Film

Firm Pressure, Temperature: 250–270°F
Time: 10–12 seconds

• Preheat garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
• Place transfer on garment.
• Cover with Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
• Apply design at 250–275°F.
• Use firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.
• Peel cold.
• Cover transfer again with parchment paper.
• Post-press for 2–4 seconds to seal edge of transfer.

Instant Hot Peel

Heavy Pressure, Temperature: 280–320°F
Time: 10–12 seconds

• Preheat garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
• Place transfer on garment.
• Cover with Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
• Apply design at 290–320°F.
• Use firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.
• Peel hot.

Cover transfer again with parchment paper.
