6 Station High Speed Carousel Heat Press

The design of the MEM four station presses combines a heavy-duty solid industrial grade pressing framework with high quality electric components. This provides the operator with the best possible features and equipment needed for today's various heat transfer applications. Using the six station heat press, all common heat transfer processes can be conducted professionally and with highest productivity. The desired settings can be set easily with the temperature controller. The pneumatic pressure can be regulated smoothly with the air reducing valve. With the restriction valve on the solenoid valve, the press and lift speed could be adjusted.

Limited Warranty

Our limited warranty covers all factory original parts from the date of purchase* The Limited Warranty and Support are valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable Customer is responsible for to and from shipping charges to be repaired by Printomize America in Torrance, CA. The Heat Press must be sent in original packaging, Printomize America is not responsible for shipping damage due to poor packaging. Customer may self-install warranty parts, Printomize America is not responsible for damage caused during self-repair. Once the limited warranty ends, the customer is responsible for cost of parts

WHAT IS COVERED

• *2 Year Limited Warranty on heat platen
• *1-Year Limited Warranty on frame, controller, sensors, switches, piston, Air System (if applicable)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The Limited warranty will not cover the following:

• Fabric platen covers
• Teflon Sheet

A replacement part will be issued only 1 time during the 12 month period all defective parts replaced under the limited warranty must be shipped back to Printomize America, Torrance, CA at the customer expense within 15 business days. Failure to return warranty replaced parts within 15 business days will result in customer being billed for the replacement part.

Additional Limited Warranty Terms

The limited warranty will not cover physical, cosmetics, or shipping damage by the carrier. In that case, is the customer's responsibility to open a direct claim with the carrier company to report any damages.

The limited warranty will not cover damage caused by disasters, such as fire, flood, lightning, improper electrical current.

The limited warranty will not cover damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow the proper instructions, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect, or accident including but not limited to improper storage or transporting the product without the proper preparation and packaging, unauthorized adjustments, modifications or addition of accessories, normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

The limited warranty is VOID if the product has been altered or modified in any way, including but not limited to attempted repairs without prior authorization from Printomize America or the use of unauthorized parts. The Defective on Arrival (DOA) period is 10 days starting the date customer receives the shipment. If the product you purchased arrives with missing parts or non-working parts that are not covered by the limited warranty, we will cover the replacement part and shipping cost to send the part/s you need. After 10 days, the customer is responsible for any parts and shipping costs.

If equipment must be returned for repair. We do not send out a replacement equipment unless we deem yours can't be repaired by us. Replacement equipment will be either new or like new refurbished.

Customers that do not keep the shipping crate can purchase a new crate from us for $500 plus shipping.

It is the customers responsibility to get the equipment back to Printomize America safely. Warranty does not cover damage in shipping due to poor packing.

Equipment must be returned in original Printomize America crate. If not, customer will be charged for a new crate to return the equipment.

Welcome to our Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy page. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read all policy details carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns for Inks and Printing Supplies: All inks and printing supplies (consumables) must be returned in new condition, unused, and unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We require all items to be returned in their original packaging.

Damages: No returns will be accepted for items damaged by carriers during shipping. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.

Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. Items such as inks, printing supplies, bundles, or any purchases made with gift cards are excluded from returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Please request an RMA via email. Returns without an RMA will be denied.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it may take 4-7 days to process your request.

Final Sales and Non-Returnable Items: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on equipment, parts, accessories, or any DTF printer once ink has been installed. Issues related to printers must be managed under warranty terms. This policy also applies to dryers, ovens, and heat presses, including printheads and dampers.

Software and Downloads: All sales of software that include activation codes or USB key dongles, downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Gift Cards: Gift cards and products purchased with gift cards are non-returnable and are considered final sales.

Cancellations and Refund Orders: For regular cancellations, a fee of 5% plus $1.50 applies. This is for processing canceled or refunded orders; the processing fee remains non-refundable. If you switch to an item of lesser value after processing, a refund fee for the price difference will apply.

Right to Cancel: Printomize America reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, suspected fraud, or submission of incorrect information.
