UV DTF cleaning solution

A specialised formula that dissolves dried UV ink, clearing residue from printheads and ink channels. Regular use helps prevent clogs, reduces banding and missing lines, and keeps ink flow stable. Supplied in 1000ml bottles.

Foam tip swabs

Lint-free foam tips for wiping the nozzle plate, capping station and wiper blade without leaving fibres behind. Supplied in packs of 50.

Syringes

For flushing lines, priming dampers and drawing ink through a blocked head. Available in 5ml for precise work and 50ml for purging and filling.

Why routine cleaning matters on UV

UV ink cures on exposure rather than simply drying out, so residue left in the head or capping station hardens in place. Cleaning to a schedule costs far less than replacing a printhead.
