Custom DTF Transfers

DTF is the best solution for garment printing with full color high-definition, soft prints, and able to press onto a wide variety of fabrics. Unlike conventional DTF transfers which feel stiff and require high application temperatures with long press times. Custom Ready to Press DTF Transfers are perfect for any business, teams, special events, branding and more! They are made using high quality water based ink, transfer film and adhesive powder.

• Gang sheets cannot exceed the maximum width of 46 inches
• Super low application temperatures of 240 -270F for only 10 -12 seconds
• Applies to cotton, Poly, Blends, Soft Shell, Nylon, Polypropylene (at 220F)
• Low temperature eliminates dye migration and reduces heat marks
• Amazing soft hand feel with Ultra Bright vivid colors
• Great wash fastness and durability

VECTOR FILES ARE PREFERRED if raster images are provide they must be at the correct size, on a transparent background and a minimum of 300 dpi
Preferred file types: PDF, PNG, TIF

• Minimum free standing line thickness of 7.5px / .025” / 0.6mm (we can print finer lines, but the customer might have issues with application).
• Avoid transparencies, glow effects or gradients that fade into the shirt color when printing onto color shirts.   This is not an issue when applying to white shirts.  
• Accepted file types are PDF, EPS, SVG and PNG.  Please send PDF vector files if color matching is required.
• All Fonts must be converted to Outline/Curves.
• For best black, please use RGB black or CYMK at C=50%, Y=50%, M=50%, B=100%
• Your ORIGINAL design/designs need to be at 300dpi at it's largest size. If you enlarge a 300dpi design from 3 inches to 9 inches it will no longer be 300dpi.

 If you require PMS color matching additional charges and longer lead times will apply.
PMS color matching is $10 per color.

If we need to gang up multiple artworks it will cost $10 per gang sheet.

All you need is a heat press, simply press, peel and done!

Orders Need to be placed by 11am PST for same day shipping , orders received after the cut off will ship next day , If you order is urgent please contact us.

It is the customer's responsibility that artwork meets all the requirements for printing.  We print artwork the way it is submitted.

Welcome to our Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy page. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read all policy details carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns for Inks and Printing Supplies: All inks and printing supplies (consumables) must be returned in new condition, unused, and unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We require all items to be returned in their original packaging.

Damages: No returns will be accepted for items damaged by carriers during shipping. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.

Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. Items such as inks, printing supplies, bundles, or any purchases made with gift cards are excluded from returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Please request an RMA via email. Returns without an RMA will be denied.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it may take 4-7 days to process your request.

Final Sales and Non-Returnable Items: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on equipment, parts, accessories, or any DTF printer once ink has been installed. Issues related to printers must be managed under warranty terms. This policy also applies to dryers, ovens, and heat presses, including printheads and dampers.

Software and Downloads: All sales of software that include activation codes or USB key dongles, downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Gift Cards: Gift cards and products purchased with gift cards are non-returnable and are considered final sales.

Cancellations and Refund Orders: For regular cancellations, a fee of 5% plus $1.50 applies. This is for processing canceled or refunded orders; the processing fee remains non-refundable. If you switch to an item of lesser value after processing, a refund fee for the price difference will apply.

Right to Cancel: Printomize America reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, suspected fraud, or submission of incorrect information.

Additional Terms: If the shipping crate is not retained, you may purchase a new crate from us for $500 plus shipping. All equipment must be returned in the original Printomize America crate. If not, the customer will be charged for a new crate to return the equipment.
