Welcome to our Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy page. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read all policy details carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.
Returns for Inks and Printing Supplies: All inks and printing supplies (consumables) must be returned in new condition, unused, and unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We require all items to be returned in their original packaging.
Damages: No returns will be accepted for items damaged by carriers during shipping. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.
Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. Items such as inks, printing supplies, bundles, or any purchases made with gift cards are excluded from returns.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Please request an RMA via email. Returns without an RMA will be denied.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it may take 4-7 days to process your request.
Final Sales and Non-Returnable Items: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on equipment, parts, accessories, or any DTF printer once ink has been installed. Issues related to printers must be managed under warranty terms. This policy also applies to dryers, ovens, and heat presses, including printheads and dampers.
Software and Downloads: All sales of software that include activation codes or USB key dongles, downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Gift Cards: Gift cards and products purchased with gift cards are non-returnable and are considered final sales.
Cancellations and Refund Orders: For regular cancellations, a fee of 5% plus $1.50 applies. This is for processing canceled or refunded orders; the processing fee remains non-refundable. If you switch to an item of lesser value after processing, a refund fee for the price difference will apply.
Right to Cancel: Printomize America reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, suspected fraud, or submission of incorrect information.
Additional Terms: If the shipping crate is not retained, you may purchase a new crate from us for $500 plus shipping. All equipment must be returned in the original Printomize America crate. If not, the customer will be charged for a new crate to return the equipment.
