Maverick Oven IRC Heat Tube

Replacement infrared heating element for the Maverick AIO curing oven.

What it does

The heating element is what melts the hot melt powder after printing. Powder that has not fully melted never forms a proper adhesive layer, so the design lifts from the garment after a wash or two. This part decides whether a transfer lasts.

When to replace it

A failing element usually shows as uneven curing across the width of the film — one band of powder glossy and fused, another still granular. Prints from the affected zone are the first to peel.
