Why even output matters
Hot melt powder has to reach melting point evenly across the sheet. Where the heat falls short the powder stays granular instead of fusing into a continuous adhesive layer, and those patches are the first to lift off the fabric. Steady output from the element is what produces a transfer that survives washing.
