Super Low Melt Adhesive

The most versatile DTF adhesive we make, formulated for an exceptionally low application temperature.

Why low temperature matters

Dyes in coloured fabrics can react at 280°F and above, bleeding up through the transfer and discolouring the print. Super Low Melt applies well below that threshold, so dye migration is largely avoided — which makes it the safest choice on dark and heavily dyed garments.

Application

Temperature: 250–280°F
Time: 10–12 seconds
Recommended: 260°F for 12 seconds on most fabrics
Peel: warm or cold
Hand wash items only: can be applied as low as 220°F

Fabric compatibility

The low temperature opens up materials that standard DTF adhesives cannot handle. Super Low Melt adheres to virtually any fabric, including:

Nylon
PU
Polypropylene
Neoprene
Cotton, polyester and blends

The one exception is DWR (durable water repellent) fabric, which it will not adhere to.
