Built on a heavy-duty laser-cut steel frame, TITAN is made to handle demanding commercial use over the long term. Its dual-bar handle and pull-down lever system are engineered to provide smoother, more controlled pressure application, helping operators achieve even contact across different materials and substrate types. This results in more stable transfer performance and greater consistency from one job to the next.

For thermal performance, TITAN features an upgraded heating system designed to deliver improved heat retention, more balanced temperature distribution, and stronger thermal stability during repeated production cycles. Compared with the previous Vector Series design, this upgraded heating assembly offers more consistent performance under continuous use. An integrated anti-burn shield also adds an extra level of operator protection during active production.

To improve daily usability, TITAN is equipped with an upgraded control system that combines convenience with practical production control. The touchscreen interface allows for straightforward operation, while the real-time pressure display gives users better visibility during setup and production. Three programmable preset slots help reduce setup time for repeat jobs and make it easier to move efficiently between commonly used applications. A built-in backup fuse adds another layer of protection and helps reduce avoidable interruptions during operation.

TITAN also incorporates a dual-breaker design to enhance electrical system reliability and provide added operational protection. This configuration helps reduce the likelihood of unnecessary downtime and supports more stable day-to-day performance in busy shop environments.

To support different production styles, TITAN can be operated in both auto-open and manual modes. Premium gas shocks assist with smooth opening performance, while interchangeable lower platens allow the machine to adapt more easily to different garment sizes and transfer applications. The slide-out lower platen further improves workflow by giving operators better access during loading and positioning, while also creating a safer and more comfortable working area away from the heated upper platen.

Welcome to our Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy page. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read all policy details carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns for Inks and Printing Supplies: All inks and printing supplies (consumables) must be returned in new condition, unused, and unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We require all items to be returned in their original packaging.

Damages: No returns will be accepted for items damaged by carriers during shipping. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.

Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. Items such as inks, printing supplies, bundles, or any purchases made with gift cards are excluded from returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Please request an RMA via email. Returns without an RMA will be denied.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it may take 4-7 days to process your request.

Final Sales and Non-Returnable Items: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on equipment, parts, accessories, or any DTF printer once ink has been installed. Issues related to printers must be managed under warranty terms. This policy also applies to dryers, ovens, and heat presses, including printheads and dampers.

Software and Downloads: All sales of software that include activation codes or USB key dongles, downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Gift Cards: Gift cards and products purchased with gift cards are non-returnable and are considered final sales.

Cancellations and Refund Orders: For regular cancellations, a fee of 5% plus $1.50 applies. This is for processing canceled or refunded orders; the processing fee remains non-refundable. If you switch to an item of lesser value after processing, a refund fee for the price difference will apply.

Right to Cancel: Printomize America reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, suspected fraud, or submission of incorrect information.

Additional Terms: If the shipping crate is not retained, you may purchase a new crate from us for $500 plus shipping. All equipment must be returned in the original Printomize America crate. If not, the customer will be charged for a new crate to return the equipment.
