DTF Oven LCD Touch Screen

Replacement touch screen display for 2 Head and 4 Head DTF curing ovens.

What it controls

The touch screen is the operator interface for the whole oven. From it you set:

• Shake powder control — the motor-driven lever that beats the film to clear excess powder
• Dusting control — the brush that pushes hot melt powder out of the powder box
• PID curing temperature — the target cure temperature, held by the quartz infrared heat tubes

Symptoms of a failing display

• Screen blank or unlit with power confirmed present
• Touch input unresponsive or registering in the wrong place
• Display flickering, or sections of the screen dead
• Settings not saving between runs
• Temperature or speed values reading obviously wrong

A dead display stops the oven being usable even when every mechanical part is fine, so it is worth keeping one on the shelf if the oven is central to your production.
