Issue:
The heat press becoming stuck in the lowered position typically occurs when the press is not fully engaged to one side or the other during operation.
Cause:
This issue is commonly observed with semi-automatic models when the handle is released before the heat press has fully completed its downward motion.
Solution:
To resolve this, it is necessary to remove the bottom platen on which the heat press is currently stuck.
Once the bottom platen is removed, the press will be able to complete its descent and return to the raised position naturally.
