Replacement infrared heating element for DTF powder shakers and dryers.

Curing across the full belt width

A production oven cures a wide sheet in one pass, which only works if heat output stays consistent from one side of the belt to the other. When a single tube weakens, powder along that strip melts incompletely — and because it is a strip rather than the whole sheet, the fault often surfaces as customer complaints about certain prints peeling rather than as an obvious oven failure.

Keep a spare

Tubes are a consumable. On a machine running daily it is worth holding one, so a failure does not stop production while a part is in transit.
