Super Blue Clog Buster — 100ml

A concentrated 100ml solution for clearing a stubborn clog on a DTF printhead. The smallest of our three cleaning products, and the one to reach for when a single channel has dropped out and you want to treat it without stripping the machine down.

How to use it

1. Apply the solution directly to the affected area of the printhead face.
2. Leave it to sit and soften the dried ink.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then run a cleaning cycle and check the nozzle pattern.

Repeat if the channel is still partially blocked. If several passes make no difference, the blockage is deeper than a surface treatment can reach and you need the stronger option below.

Before you blame the ink

Nozzles that keep dropping out shortly after every cleaning cycle are often a worn wiper blade rather than a clog. A wiper that no longer makes even contact leaves ink on the nozzle plate instead of removing it — worth checking before you work through bottles of cleaner.
