We've placed dozens of orders, no mistakes, quick shipping, prints are quality; wash and have a nice hand/feel to them (as long as you don't have large areas of 100% coverage, like most prints!)
Very easy to set up and use. Much faster than other presses we have used.
Platen change overs are slow because you have to unbolt and re bolt them. the throat of the machine isnt very deep so makes threading garments less than Ideal. Over all I like the press and for the price it cant be beat.
